Delivery Information:

        We use Royal Mail for delivery of goods. Royal Mail deliveries require a signature upon delivery as proof of delivery. You may request a special delivery instruction, however any goods left unattended or without your signature is at your risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. Deliveries are normally made between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

       Please note that on orders above £50.00 inc VAT, the order will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Also, our cut-off time for orders for next day delivery is 2:00 pm.

       Please inspect your delivery and report any goods found to be damaged or faulty as soon as possible.

       Please allow 7 working days for delivery (from the date of placing your order) before reporting your order as undelivered. Most items are available for delivery within 7 days of your order. If we are unable to supply you with your goods within this time, we will aim to contact you to let you know and give you a revised delivery date. You will be given the option to cancel or amend your order if this is the case.
